• Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act by deleting the prohibition on carrying concealed firearms at locations with Special Event Retailer's licenses or Special use permit licenses during times designated for alcohol sales.

• Removes former Section 65(a)(11) which had prohibited licensees from knowingly carrying firearms into buildings or real property issued these specific alcohol licenses.

• Makes the change effective immediately upon passage.

• Maintains all other existing prohibitions on carrying concealed firearms in locations such as schools, government buildings, courts, hospitals, colleges, airports, and establishments where more than 50% of gross receipts come from alcohol sales.
