Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code's Aid to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled Article to modify financial assistance for refugees and asylees.

Provides that persons found ineligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) due to expiration of refugee/asylee eligibility periods shall receive financial aid equal to 90% of the current maximum SSI payment amount per month.

Replaces the previous fixed payment limit of $500 per month with a percentage-based calculation tied to SSI payment amounts.

Applies to individuals whose SSI ineligibility is based on expiration of the federal eligibility period for refugees and asylees under 8 U.S.C. 1612(a)(2).
