Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to authorize issuance of special Saint Ignatius College Prep license plates for passenger vehicles of the first division, motor vehicles of the second division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds, and motorcycles.

Charging a $15 fee at original issuance and a $2 fee at each renewal in addition to standard registration fees.

Secretary of State has discretion over plate design and color, and may issue plates as vanity or personalized plates.

All additional fees collected shall be deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.

Plates issued under this section shall expire according to the multi-year procedure established by Section 3-414.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
