Extends the repeal date of the Medical Practice Act of 1987 from December 31, 2014 to December 31, 2024 under the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act by modifying Section 4.33 to add a new subsection (b) establishing the December 31, 2024 repeal date for the Medical Practice Act of 1987.

Repeals Section 4.24 of the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
