IL SB2850

Amends Section 1-100 of the Illinois Vehicle Code concerning the short title of the Act.

Makes a technical grammatical change by removing a redundant "the" from the opening phrase of the short title provision.

Maintains the existing list of chapter short titles for various vehicle and transportation-related laws, including vehicle title and registration, driver licensing, safety, rules of the road, and equipment standards.

Effective date references prior legislation (P.A. 95-562, effective July 1, 2008).
