Amends Section 3-658 of the Illinois Vehicle Code to add the Chicago Fire and Chicago Red Stars to the list of professional sports teams available on special license plates.

Professional Sports Teams license plates can be displayed on passenger vehicles of the first division, motorcycles, and motor vehicles of the second division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds.

Original issuance fee is $40 ($25 to Professional Sports Teams Education Fund, $15 to Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund) in addition to regular registration fees.

Renewal fee is $27 per registration period ($25 to Professional Sports Teams Education Fund, $2 to Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund).

Funds deposited in the Professional Sports Teams Education Fund are transferred to the Common School Fund every 6 months.
