Amends the Fire Investigation Act by making a technical change to Section 13.1 regarding the Fire Prevention Fund.

Removes redundant language by striking one instance of "the" before "State Treasury" in the section establishing the Fire Prevention Fund.

Maintains all existing provisions for deposits into the Fire Prevention Fund, including moneys from the Department of Insurance, State Fire Marshal fees, and boiler/pressure vessel certification receipts.

Preserves all authorized uses of Fire Prevention Fund moneys for the Illinois Fire Service Institute, Chicago Fire Department training, local government payments, State Fire Marshal operations, MABAS, and equipment grant programs.
