• Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act (430 ILCS 66/10) by adding subsection (k) to clarify that the Act does not diminish or restrict a licensee's ability to carry a firearm if authorized under another Act or law.

• Protects the rights of concealed carry licensees to exercise any additional firearm carrying authority granted under separate Illinois statutes or other applicable laws.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
