Creates the Statutory Court Fee Task Force to review statutory fees imposed on criminal defendants and civil litigants in Illinois courts.

Task Force consists of 15 members appointed by: legislative leaders (4 members), circuit court clerk associations (2 members), the Governor (2 members), and the Supreme Court (7 members).

Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts provides administrative support to the Task Force under Supreme Court direction.

Task Force must submit findings and recommendations to the Supreme Court and General Assembly by June 1, 2016.

Act takes effect upon becoming law.
