• Maintains overtime exemptions for employees in bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacities, including radio/television announcers, news editors, and chief engineers, but without the federal salary floor requirement.

• Preserves existing exemptions for other categories including salespeople, agricultural workers, commissioned employees, governmental employees, and not-for-profit educational institution employees.
