Increases juror fees from $4 per day to $25 for the first day and $50 for each subsequent day of service, eliminating the previous distinction between county classes.

Removes the requirement that jurors receive mileage reimbursement (previously at least 10 cents per mile), allowing counties to set travel expense amounts independently.

Allows jurors to elect to waive fees for service, transportation, or day care in any combination.

Simplifies jury size requirements in civil cases by removing the $50,000 damage threshold and establishing that juries shall be 6 members, with provisions for parties to request 12-member juries and allowing separate fees for alternate jurors.

Takes effect June 1, 2015.
