Extends hospital provider assessments under Illinois Public Aid Code through State fiscal year 2016, changing the expiration date from January 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016.

Maintains annual inpatient services assessment of $218.38 multiplied by the difference between occupied bed days and Medicare bed days for State fiscal years 2009 through 2016.

Maintains outpatient services assessment of 0.008766 multiplied by hospital outpatient gross revenue for State fiscal years 2013 through 2016.

Delays repeal of Sections 5A-2, 5A-12.2, and 5A-12.4 from January 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
