Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act to add requirements for satellite broadcast service providers.

Requires broadcast service providers to instruct equipment installers to disclose to customers both orally and in writing the differences between residential and commercial subscription packages before installation.

Requires installers to disclose the potential penalties for subscription piracy when a commercial customer accepts a residential subscription package.

Requires installers to obtain a written acknowledgement signed by the customer confirming receipt of all required disclosures.

Violations of these disclosure requirements are classified as unlawful practices under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
