Adds exception to vehicle weight limits allowing propane and liquefied petroleum gas trucks to exceed standard restrictions during a Governor-declared emergency propane supply disaster.

Single-unit propane trucks may carry up to 40,000 pounds on 2-axle vehicles and 54,000 pounds on 3-axle vehicles when not on Interstate highways during emergency declaration.

Propane truck-trailer combinations may carry up to 90,000 pounds gross weight on 5 or 6-axle vehicles during emergency declaration, exempting them from bridge formula requirements.

Weight limitations apply only during and upon declaration of an emergency propane supply disaster by the Governor under the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act.
