Establishes the Illinois Children's Justice Task Force under the Children and Family Services Act to develop recommendations for multidisciplinary team approaches to investigating child abuse and neglect cases for children under 18 years old

Task Force must operate in compliance with the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA), the Victims of Crime Act of 1984, and Section 116 of the CAPTA Reauthorization Act of 2010

Requires the Task Force to submit a report to the General Assembly by March 1, 2015 with recommendations for a statewide multidisciplinary approach to child abuse and neglect investigations

Department of Children and Family Services shall provide ongoing administrative support to the Task Force through the Department's Children's Justice Grant Manager

Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law
