• Establishes expedited binding arbitration process under American Arbitration Association commercial rules with 90-day conclusion deadline to determine reasonable compensation disputes.

• Provides that if wholesaler retains affected brand for 6 months after rejecting arbitration offer and no determination has been made, brewer must make good faith compensation payment.
