IL SB3288

Amends the General Assembly Operations Act to allow electronic copies of bound session law volumes to be distributed in place of physical copies, upon agreement with requesting entities.

Removes language requiring the Enrolling and Engrossing Department of the two Houses to furnish printer's copy to the Secretary of State for session laws.

Maintains existing requirements for the Secretary of State to prepare session laws containing all Acts, joint resolutions, and executive orders passed during a legislative session.

Preserves the distribution framework for session laws to state officers, courts, universities, county clerks, and public libraries across Illinois.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
