IL SB3357

Amends Section 1-5 of the Township Code (60 ILCS 1/1-5) to make a technical change regarding use of terms.

Clarifies that references to "town" in other Acts shall be deemed references to "township" as defined in the Township Code.

Specifies that references to "board of trustees of a town," "board of town trustees," or "board of township trustees" in other Acts shall be deemed references to "township board."

Establishes that references to officers of a town in other Acts shall be deemed references to township officers as defined in the Township Code.
