Amends Section 3.330 of the Environmental Protection Act to make technical and revisory changes to the definition of "pollution control facility"

Corrects redundant language in the definition by removing duplicate use of the word "any" in describing waste storage sites and related facilities

Updates reference to effective date from "this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly" to "Public Act 98-146" effective January 1, 2014 in subsection (23)(D) regarding commingled landscape waste and food scrap transfer facilities

Maintains all existing exemptions and classifications for various types of waste management facilities, including composting operations, transfer stations, and recycling centers
