Amends Section 8 of the Pharmacy Practice Act to make a technical change concerning licensure without examination.

Allows the Department to license pharmacists from other U.S. jurisdictions or countries without examination if their original licensure requirements were substantially equivalent to Illinois requirements.

Permits temporary emergency authorization to practice pharmacy for licensed pharmacists from other jurisdictions applying due to natural disasters or catastrophic events in their home state.

Authorizes the Department to issue emergency licenses to out-of-state licensed pharmacists during declared Executive Orders for natural or manmade disasters or other exceptional situations creating extraordinary demand for pharmacist services.
