• Amends the Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act to add the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System as a recognized accrediting body for doctoral psychology programs alongside the American Psychological Association.

• Maintains existing qualification requirements for clinical psychologist licensure including doctoral degree from accredited program, 2 years of supervised experience (one internship, one postdoctoral), completion of 7 required content areas, and passage of Department-authorized examination.

• Specifies supervised experience standards: minimum 1,750 hours per year over 50 weeks at 35 hours per week for full-time work, with full-time experience requiring minimum 6-month single setting placement and part-time requiring 18+ hours weekly for 9 months minimum.

• Requires doctoral programs to include minimum 3 full-time academic years of graduate study with at least 2 years at the degree-granting institution and one year in residence involving faculty-student interaction.

• Establishes 3-year deadline to complete application process and 1-year deadline to apply for license after examination passage, or applicant must retake the examination.
