• Allows the Department to contract with a vendor for electronic data matching against multiple databases including tax records, Social Security Administration, employment information, immigration status, and veterans' benefits to verify applicant and recipient eligibility.

• Establishes procedures for handling discrepancies between applicant-provided information and database records, including 10 business days for applicants to respond and referral of suspected fraud cases to the Department's Inspector General.

• Requires the Chief Procurement Officer to complete vendor procurement within 70 days, with contract award for an initial 2-year period plus up to two 1-year renewal options, and mandates quarterly reporting to legislative leaders on eligibility determinations.
