Amends the Wildlife Code (520 ILCS 5/2.33) to clarify that traveling to or from a blind, stand, or hunting area does not constitute "taking," "pursuing," or "hunting" under prohibitions on hunting from vehicles in subsection (i).

Clarifies that traveling to or from a blind, stand, or hunting area does not constitute "hunting" under prohibitions on carrying guns or bows in vehicles in subsection (n).

Applies these clarifications specifically to the provisions concerning hunting from vehicles, allowing hunters to transport equipment and travel to hunting locations without violating vehicle-based hunting restrictions.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
