Amends Section 8 of the Pharmacy Practice Act regarding licensure by endorsement and emergency licensure.

Makes a technical change to the language in the section by modifying how the Department's discretionary authority to license pharmacists without examination is described.

Allows the Department to issue emergency licenses to out-of-state pharmacists during declared emergencies caused by natural disasters, manmade disasters, or other exceptional situations creating extraordinary demand for pharmacy services.

Permits temporary authorization to practice pharmacy for applicants with active licenses in good standing in other jurisdictions who apply due to natural disasters or catastrophic events, with authorization expiring upon license issuance or denial.
