Waives the $150 concealed carry license application fee for residents whose income is below 133% of the federal poverty level.

Waives the $150 fee for residents age 60 or older.

Waives the $150 fee for residents with a physical impairment that substantially limits major life activities as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Amends Section 60 of the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to add these exemptions while maintaining the fee structure for other applicants.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
