IL SB3515

Amends the Public Officer Simultaneous Tenure Act to allow persons in counties with populations less than 500,000 to simultaneously hold the office of township supervisor or township trustee and serve as a member of a county zoning board of appeals.

Permits dual office holding in smaller counties that was previously restricted, expanding eligibility beyond existing provisions for county board members combined with township positions.

Applies only to counties with populations under 500,000, maintaining restrictions in larger population areas.
