Extends the repeal date of the Genetic Counselor Licensing Act from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2025 under the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Adds Section 4.35 to the Regulatory Sunset Act (5 ILCS 80) to establish the new January 1, 2025 repeal date for the Genetic Counselor Licensing Act.

Repeals Section 4.25 of the Regulatory Sunset Act, which contained the previous January 1, 2015 repeal date.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
