Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to restrict licensees to carrying one loaded or unloaded concealed firearm on or about their person.

Permits licensees to carry one ammunition feeding device with a capacity of 10 rounds or less, whether attached to or detached from the firearm.

Prohibits licensees from carrying ammunition feeding devices with a capacity exceeding 10 rounds or that can be readily restored or converted to accept more than 10 rounds.

Removes existing provisions allowing licensees to carry firearms that are fully or partially concealed and to keep or carry concealed firearms within vehicles.
