Appropriates $16,793,762 for fiscal year 2015 to the Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor for ordinary and contingent expenses.

Funds are distributed across multiple accounts: General Revenue Fund ($8,737,212), State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor's County Fund ($3,121,450), Continuing Legal Education Trust Fund ($235,100), Narcotics Profit Forfeiture Fund ($2,500,000), and Special Federal Grant Fund ($2,200,000).

Includes $2,000,000 grant to Cook County State's Attorney for appeal expenses and $2,500,000 for drug asset forfeiture procedure expenses.

Allocates $150,000 for violent crime prosecution and training grants to Cook County and $85,000 for diversion court programs in Cook County.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
