Appropriates $21,353,278 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for FY15 ordinary and contingent expenses, including $16,167,796 for personal services and $1,355,446 for EDP.

Appropriates $200,000 from the State Appellate Defender Federal Trust Fund for expenses related to federally assisted programs on systemic sentencing issues appeals.

Appropriates $60,000 from the General Revenue Fund for expenses related to federally assisted programs on systemic sentencing issues appeals.

Appropriates $175,000 from the General Revenue Fund for the Expungement Program and $63,000 for the Public Defender Training Program.

Appropriates $315,000 from the General Revenue Fund to develop a Juvenile Defender Resource Center, effective July 1, 2014.
