Appropriates $5,715,498,200 total ($1,502,796,800 from General Funds and $4,212,701,400 from Other State Funds) to the Department of Central Management Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014

Funds multiple departmental bureaus including Administrative Operations, Personnel, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Benefits, Property Management, Communication and Computer Services, and Agency Services

Allocates $1,475,374,200 from General Revenue Fund for employee group insurance coverage under the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971

Provides $3,144,000,000 from Health Insurance Reserve Fund for health care coverage for eligible members and $140,891,000 from Workers' Compensation Revolving Fund for administrative costs and employee claims

Takes effect July 1, 2014
