Appropriates $97,562,900 total to the Illinois Department of Agriculture for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, consisting of $18,323,900 in General Funds, $66,296,700 in Other State Funds, and $12,942,300 in Federal Funds

Funds administrative services, computer services, agriculture regulation, marketing, animal industries, meat and poultry inspection, weights and measures, and environmental programs across multiple fund sources

Appropriates $1,897,700 for the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program

Allocates $5,500,000 for Illinois State Fair operations including entertainment, $1,500,000 for Springfield fairgrounds activities, and $750,000 for DuQuoin fairgrounds activities

Provides $4,540,300 for county fairs and horse racing programs, including grants to standardbred and thoroughbred breeders funds and county fairground rehabilitation
