Appropriates $26,925,427 total for the Historic Preservation Agency for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 onwards): $7,374,100 from General Revenue Fund and $19,551,327 from Other State Funds

Funds multiple divisions including Executive Office ($1,847,400), Preservation Services Division ($1,779,900), Building and Grounds Maintenance ($621,300), and Historic Sites Division ($4,359,700)

Allocates $14,500,000 for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield from the Presidential Library and Museum Operating Fund

Appropriates $450,000 from Illinois Historic Sites Fund for operations, maintenance, repairs, and special events at Illinois Historic Sites, contingent on donations received

Takes effect July 1, 2014, with funding designated for grants, awards, historic preservation programs, Pullman Factory Car Rehabilitation ($750,000), and the Amistad Commission ($191,600)
