Appropriates $258,753,933 total for the Department of Natural Resources for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, comprising $38,376,200 from General Revenue Fund, $190,761,923 from Other State Funds, and $29,615,810 from Federal Funds.

Funds operations across multiple DNR offices including General Office, Architecture/Engineering, Resource Conservation, Law Enforcement, Land Management and Education, Mines and Minerals, Oil and Gas Resource Management, Water Resources, and the State Museum.

Allocates $61,814,000 for the Office of Land Management and Education covering park operations, state facilities, wildlife management, and conservation programs.

Includes $3,412,000 for the Sparta World Shooting and Recreation Complex, with $350,000 restricted pending collection of sponsorship or donation revenues.

Reappropriates unused funds from prior appropriations totaling over $10 million across multiple accounts for various environmental, conservation, and resource management programs.
