Appropriates $95,963,000 from General Funds and $13,000,000 from Other State Funds to the Department of Juvenile Justice for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015

Funds operations divisions including General Office ($3,229,800), School District ($6,602,000), and Aftercare Services ($7,803,200)

Funds six Illinois Youth Centers: Chicago ($9,585,300), Harrisburg ($18,214,100), Kewanee ($16,564,300), Pere Marquette ($4,415,500), St. Charles ($20,896,500), and Warrenville ($8,113,400)

Appropriates $13,000,000 from Department of Corrections Reimbursement and Education Fund for school district programs ($5,000,000), federal programs ($3,000,000), and miscellaneous programs ($5,000,000)

Authorizes $273,300 for repairs and maintenance from General Revenue Fund and $234,300 for investigating complaints and securing youth rights
