• Appropriates $584,500,000 total to the Illinois Department of Public Health for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, funded from General Funds ($116,413,300), Other State Funds ($153,723,300), and Federal Funds ($314,363,400)

• Funds multiple public health divisions including Health Promotion, Health Protection, Health Care Regulation, Women's Health, HIV/AIDS programs, and Public Health Laboratories with allocations for personnel, operations, and grants
