Appropriates $25,829,400 in General Funds, $4,080,000 in Other State Funds, and $5,500,000 in Federal Funds to the Board of Higher Education and Illinois Math and Science Academy for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015), totaling $35,409,400.

Allocates $2,379,900 from General Revenue Fund to Board of Higher Education for ordinary and contingent expenses including personal services ($1,857,500), contractual services ($388,800), and other operational costs.

Provides targeted grants and program funding including $1,376,600 for STEM diversity initiatives, $1,310,600 for Grow Your Own Teachers Program, $973,700 for Cooperative Work Study Programs, and funding for nursing education initiatives totaling $567,300.

Appropriates $16,149,200 from Education Assistance Fund and $3,050,000 from IMSA Income Fund to Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy for personnel, contractual services, equipment, and other ordinary expenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
