Appropriates $40,673,300 total for the Office of the State Fire Marshal for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, consisting of $38,673,300 from Other State Funds and $2,000,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $20,126,200 from the Fire Prevention Fund and $4,160,200 from the Underground Storage Tank Fund for general office operations including personnel services, employee benefits, contractual services, and equipment.

Provides $3,430,900 for grants including $2,480,900 for Chicago Fire Department Training Program and $950,000 for local governmental agencies participating in State Training Programs.

Appropriates $8,000,000 to the Fire Truck Revolving Loan Fund, $1,000,000 for Small Equipment Grants, and $2,000,000 for the U.S. Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Underground Storage Program.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
