Appropriates $15,000,000 from the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Incentive Fund for Fiscal Year 2015 to pay certified incentives to conventions, meetings, and trade shows held at McCormick Place Convention Center and Navy Pier

Appropriates $8,935,000 from the Chicago Travel Industry and Promotion Fund to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority as a grant to the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau

Total appropriation of $180,863,300 in Other State Funds for the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014
