Appropriates $170,158,000 from the State Gaming Fund to the Illinois Gaming Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, covering ordinary and contingent expenses.

Allocates $12,552,000 for personal services and $5,314,500 for state retirement system contributions.

Provides $110,000,000 for distributions to local governments for admissions and wagering taxes, including prior year costs.

Appropriates $22,164,000 for costs associated with implementation and administration of the Video Gaming Act.

Includes $15,102,500 for expenses related to Illinois State Police operations.
