Appropriates $113,415,400 total to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, funded from General Funds ($26,455,100), Other State Funds ($21,960,300), and Federal Funds ($65,000,000)

Allocates $1,943,700 from General Revenue Fund for operations including personal services ($969,600), contractual services ($319,000), and other ordinary contingent expenses

Appropriates $13,950,200 from General Revenue Fund for administrative costs, awards and grants for Adult Redeploy and Diversion programs

Provides $42,500,000 from Criminal Justice Trust Fund for awards and grants to local units of government and non-profit organizations, and $15,000,000 to state agencies

Funds specialized programs including Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Act ($7,655,000), homicide victim services and law enforcement training ($10,981,900), violence prevention ($2,163,400), and Operation CeaseFire ($3,856,800)
