Appropriates $8,592,700 in General Funds and $1,000,000 in Federal Funds to the Illinois Arts Council for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, totaling $9,592,700.

Allocates $1,370,100 for operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.

Provides $4,311,400 in General Revenue Funds for grants to creative sector arts organizations and individual artists ($3,502,800), underserved constituencies ($314,100), and arts education ($494,500).

Appropriates $1,203,000 for humanities programs and $1,708,200 for public radio and television station grants under the Public Radio and Television Grant Act, plus $935,000 from federal grants for cultural environment enhancement and Education Leadership Institute administrative costs.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
