Appropriates $1,091,102,800 total for Department of Corrections operations for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, comprised of $1,000,172,100 from General Revenue Fund and $90,930,700 from other state funds.

Allocates funding across administrative divisions including General Office ($34,010,000), Education Services ($22,571,300), Field Services ($80,410,300), and Statewide Services and Grants ($4,353,100).

Provides appropriations to 26 correctional facilities with largest allocations to Stateville ($91,494,200), Menard ($63,412,800), and Taylorville ($91,494,200) for personnel services, contractual services, commodities, and facility operations.

Appropriates $55,330,700 from Working Capital Revolving Fund to Illinois Correctional Industries for inmate employment and industrial programs.

Allocates $100,000 for Sex Offender Management Board and $510,800 grant to Illinois Sentencing Policy Advisory Council, effective July 1, 2014.
