Appropriates $7,353,600 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Rights for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015

Appropriates $65,800 from the General Revenue Fund for expenses associated with the Commission on Discrimination and Hate Crimes established under Public Act 95-0425

Appropriates $350,000 from the Department of Human Rights Training and Development Fund for administration expenses

Appropriates $4,537,800 from the Special Projects Division Fund for personal services ($2,563,500), state contributions to retirement and Social Security ($1,257,600), group insurance ($464,000), and other operational costs

Appropriates $875,600 from the General Revenue Fund for investigation and processing of human rights cases and Elementary and Higher Education processing expenses

Appropriates $500,000 from the Department of Human Rights Special Fund for general department expenses

Total appropriations of $13,682,800 take effect July 1, 2014
