Expands the definition of "public body" under the Open Meetings Act to include for-profit and not-for-profit tourism organizations receiving public moneys, removing the previous limitation to specific Mississippi River counties.

Makes identical changes to the Freedom of Information Act to include for-profit and not-for-profit tourism boards and organizations receiving public moneys in the definition of "public body."

Requires not-for-profit tourism organizations receiving State or other public monies from a county board to disclose all employee salaries and expenses on a publicly accessible website.

Mandates that tourism organizations without an existing website create one within 30 days of the law's effective date and publish required salary and expense information on it.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
