Designates the West Main Street Overpass in Galesburg as the "Donald L. Moffitt Overpass" in honor of Illinois State Representative Donald L. Moffitt.

Recognizes Representative Moffitt's public service since his initial election as an official in 1971 and his election to the Illinois House of Representatives in 1993.

Acknowledges Moffitt's service on multiple legislative committees including Aging, Agriculture and Conservation, Local Government, Elementary and Secondary Education, Transportation, and Veterans Affairs.

Notes Moffitt's support for public safety, emergency management, fire protection, public education, agricultural market expansion, and highway projects, including his role in securing funding for the West Main Street Overpass project.

Directs the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations notifying the public of the overpass name and requests copies be sent to the Illinois Secretary of Transportation and Representative Moffitt.
