Recognizes her over 30 years of employment with Dr. Raymond Fricke, MD in Joliet

Honors her life-long membership at Crystal Lawn Church of the Nazarene, where she taught Sunday school and participated in church activities

Acknowledges her surviving family, including 5 children, 14 grandchildren, her twin sister Irene Capista, and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to her family as an expression of sympathy
