Honors Rosemary T. Azzaro of Sun City, Arizona, who died on June 11, 2014, and was born in Woodstock on May 11, 1924.

Recognizes her 48-year public service career in McHenry County Government, including 18 years as Deputy County Clerk and election as McHenry County Clerk in 1978, serving until her retirement in 1990.

Acknowledges her passion for golf, including membership in the Lady Lynx Golf League, two holes-in-one, and playing until age 88.

Extends condolences to her surviving family members, including her sister Rita Donovan, step-son Anthony Azzaro, Jr., grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and 10 nieces and nephews.
