Chuck Rolinski of Toluca passed away on September 23, 2014; he was born August 30, 1932 in Streator and married Anita Ann Vignali on July 2, 1960.

Served in the United States Army as an infantryman during the Korean War, rising to the rank of sergeant first class and serving with the Turkish Brigade.

Graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor's degree in 2 years and a master's degree the following year after his 1954 Army discharge.

Served as Toluca High School's head basketball coach from 1956 to 1990 with a record of 649-252, winning 14 regional championships and 3 sectionals; founded the Toluca Little League in 1955 and ran it for 30 years.

Co-founded the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association in 1971, inducted into the Association's Hall of Fame in 1986, and named one of the 100 legends of the Illinois High School Association Boys Basketball Tournament in 2007.
