Ann L. Silk of Johnsburg passed away on September 7, 2014; she was born August 13, 1938 in Chicago to Joseph and Victoria Krawiec and married Frank Silk, Sr. on June 15, 1957.

Prior to retirement, Ann Silk worked as an associate at Arlington Industries of Libertyville and Drieske Florist of Wheeling.

Ann Silk was known for cooking, shopping, fashion expertise, and entertaining; she enjoyed cruising with her husband, particularly to Alaska.

Ann Silk is survived by her husband Frank (married 57 years), 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and lifelong friend Lorraine Guerino.
